SPD选型设计原则 (1)SPD的电压保护水平Up应始终小于被保护设备的冲击耐受电压Uchoc,并且大于根据接地类型得出的电网最高运行电压Usmax,即Usmax (2)SPD与被保护设备两端引线应尽可能短,控制在0.5m以内; (3)如果进线端SPD的Up加上其两端引线的感应电压以及反射波效应与距其较远处的被保护设备的冲击耐受电压相比过高,则需在此设备处加装第二级SPD,其标称放电电流In不宜小于8/20μs 3kA;当进线端SPD距被保护设备不大于10m时,若该SPD的Up加上其两端引线的感应电压小于设备的Uchoc的80%,一般情况在该设备处可不装SPD; (4)当按上述第3点要求装的SPD之间设有配电盘时,若第一级SPD的Up加上其两端引线的感应电压保护不了该配电盘内的设备,应在该配电盘内安装第二级SPD,其标称放电电流In不宜小于8/20μs 5kA; (5)当在线路上多处安装SPD时,电压开关型SPD与限压型SPD之间的线路长度不宜小于10m,限压型SPD之间的线路长度不宜小于5m。例如:被保护设备与配电中心距离较近,在线路敷设上可特意多绕一些导线; (6)当进线端的SPD与被保护设备之间的距离大于30m时,应在离被保护设备尽可能近的地方安装另一个SPD,通流容量可为8kA; (7)选择SPD时应注意保证不会因工频过压而烧毁SPD,因SPD是防瞬态过电压(μs级),工频过电压是暂态过电压(ms级),工频过电压的能量是瞬态过电压能量的几百倍,因此,应注意选择较高工频工作电压的SPD; (8)SPD的保护:每级SPD都应设保护,可采用断路器或熔断器进行保护,保护器的断流容量均大于该处最大短路电流; (9)此外,选用SPD时还应注意:响应时间尽可能快;使用寿命的长短、价格因素、可维护性要好、通流容量的大小、耐湿性能等方面。 2. SPD的主要技术参数 (1)最大持续运行电压——Uc 定义:SPD在运行中能持续耐受的最大直流电压或工频电压有效值。 最高持续运行电压取决于SPD的标称导通电压。 SPD的最高持续运行电压应略高于当地电网可能出现的最高电压。在不能到现场考察,或在现场用户不能提供最高电网电压时,应选用Uc≥350V的产品。Uc在275V以下的SPD一般只能用在UPS电源后面。 (2)放电电流——In 标称放电电流:施加规定波形(8/20μs)和次数(同一极性5次)放电电流冲击后,标称导通电压变化率小于10%,漏泄电流和限制电压仍在合格范围内的最大的放电电流幅值。 最大放电电流:施加规定波形(8/20μs)放电电流冲击1次后不发生实质性损坏,不炸裂,不燃烧的最大放电电流幅值,一般最大放电电流=(1.5~2.5)×标称放电电流。 (3)限制电压——Up 定义:施加规定波形(8/20μs)、幅值(标称放电电流)和次数(同一极性5次)的冲击时,在SPD端子间测得的电压峰值的最大值。 在选用SPD时应兼顾限制电压和最大持续运行电压,限制电压是SPD对设备保护的有效性指标,而最大持续运行电压与SPD本身工作可靠性相关。 (4)漏泄电流 除放电间隙外,限压型SPD在并联接入低压配电线路后所通过的微安级电流。 漏泄电流指标反映了所用压敏电阻的劣化情况,电源避雷器漏泄电流一般应小于20μA。 3. 各级SPD选择的参数 (1)SPD1 第一级电涌保护器SPD1若安装在某建筑物总配电室,用三片开关型电涌保护器就能满足系统的要求,我国现行的供电方式即使整个供电系统采用TN-S方式,而在总配电室N与PE是一个接地点,如此在配电机房总配电柜安装三片开关型SPD就能起到作用。N到地之间可以不加。 SPD1选择的参数建议如下: 最大持续运行电压:Uc=440V 最大放电电流:一般按规范要求进行计算设计或参考标准中要求 保护电平:Up≤2.5KV 响应时间:tA≤100ns (2)SPD2 第二级电源电涌保护器是应用最广泛的一个产品,雷电电磁脉冲能对LPZ1区电源线入侵产生20KA以上的雷电流情况不多,因此第二级SPD作为限压型电涌保护器额定通流量In定位为20~40KA。 SPD2建议技术参数选择如下: 最大持续运行电压:Uc=260~320V 额定放电电流(8/20μs)In=20KA 最大放电电流(8/20μs)Imax=40KA 保护电平:Up≤1.5KV 响应时间:tA≤25ns (3)SPD3 第三级电源电涌保护器一般安装于重要设备的前端,所谓细保护。 SPD3建议技术参数选择如下: 最大持续运行电压:Uc=255V 标称放电电流(8/20μs):In L→N 3KA N→PE 5KA 电压保护级别Up:L→N≤1.25KV L→PE≤1.5KV 响应时间:tA≤25ns 四、浪涌保护器SPD的安装 (浪涌保护器的两种接线方式) 安装方法及注意事项:配电柜或低压总开关柜内,并联在电源进线外,作为电源的第一级保护。 1、电源连接导线用不小于16mm2的多股铜线,接地线用不小于25mm2的多股铜线。连接线应尽量的短、直、粗,接地电阻:R≤4Ω。 2、模块结构防雷器前端应串联合适的熔断器或空开。 3、安装时必须断开电源,严禁带电操作,连接导线必须符合要求。 4、安装完毕后将模块插入到位,检查工作是否正常。 5、当模块故障显示窗口指示红色时,遥信端子输出告警信号,表示防雷器发生故障,应及时更换。 6、防雷器无须特别维护,只需定期检查其连接是否有松动,状态指示是否正常。 浪涌保护器SPD安装在防雷区交界处的配置示例如图1所示。 图1 SPD在防雷区交界处的安装图 SPD在不同接地形式系统中的安装如图2~图6所示。 图2 SPD在TN-C-S系统中的安装 图3 SPD在TN-S系统中的安装 图4 SPD在TT系统中的安装 图5 SPD在IT系统中的安装 图6 SPD在TT系统中的安装 声明: 本文由入驻搜狐公众平台的作者撰写,除搜狐官方账号外,观点仅代表作者本人,不代表搜狐立场。 回首页看更多汽车资讯
