Is this safe? When idle it can go down to 25 degrees and maximum 30-40 (don't remember well). When I play bf1 with fps cap to 60 fps (which makes me use 50% or so of my cpu) the temps are at about 50 or upper 40's. Are these temperatures safe?I used real temp GT to measure the hotest core and used prime95 to stress test my CPU. I ran the test for 25 minutes. I should also mention that most of the time, like 75% of the time, the hotest core is bellow 57 degrees. Only from time to time it reaches 60 and goes up to 63 then goes down more (I don't know how it red 67 degrees) CTurbo Jan 20, 2017 Hahahahahahaha yeah that's obviously supposed to be Celsius. Wow sorry. You're probably fine. As long as it's not in the high 60s for a prolonged period of time. Worst case scenario you'll have to allow the fan to run faster. Aug 27, 2013 22,421 14 84,965 #2 ~70F degrees is the max safe operating temp for that Xeon. 67F is a little high for continuous use, but I wouldn't worry about it if it was just a quick peak. What cooler are you using? Those temps are a little higher than they should be. Are you sure the heatsink is mounted correctly with thermal paste? #3 ~70F degrees is the max safe operating temp for that Xeon. 67F is a little high for continuous use, but I wouldn't worry about it if it was just a quick peak. What cooler are you using? Those temps are a little higher than they should be. Are you sure the heatsink is mounted correctly with thermal paste? I am quite sure my heatsink is properly mounted and I believe I have applied the thermal paste the right way because I have a huge improvement over the intel stock cooler and here's my cooler: also used an adapter for noise reduction (I think it's just a 3 pin fan resistor) from Fractal Design Silent Series R2 Black/White Silence-Optimized 120mm Case Fan. So the RPM A gist for review. 2024-03-29 19:40:00,221 3088 [DEBUG] - Configuration: CommandName='install'| CacheLocation='C:\Users\vagrant\AppData\Local\Temp\chocolatey'| CommandExecutionTimeoutSeconds='2700'|WebRequestTimeoutSeconds='30'| Sources='c:\cached-packages; SourceType='normal'|ShowOnlineHelp='False'|Debug='True'|Verbose='True'| Trace='False'|Force='True'|Noop='False'|HelpRequested='False'| UnsuccessfulParsing='False'|RegularOutput='True'|QuietOutput='False'| PromptForConfirmation='False'|DisableCompatibilityChecks='False'| AcceptLicense='True'|AllowUnofficialBuild='False'|Input='nirext'| Version='1.01'|AllVersions='False'|SkipPackageInstallProvider='False'| SkipHookScripts='False'|PackageNames='nirext'|Prerelease='False'| ForceX86='False'|OverrideArguments='False'|NotSilent='False'| ApplyPackageParametersToDependencies='False'| ApplyInstallArgumentsToDependencies='False'|IgnoreDependencies='False'| CacheExpirationInMinutes='30'|AllowDowngrade='True'| ForceDependencies='False'|PinPackage='False'| Information.PlatformType='Windows'| Information.PlatformVersion='10.0.17763.0'| Information.PlatformName='Windows Server 2016'| Information.ChocolateyVersion='2.2.2.0'| Information.ChocolateyProductVersion='2.2.2'| Information.FullName='choco, Version=2.2.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=79d02ea9cad655eb'| Information.Is64BitOperatingSystem='True'| Information.Is64BitProcess='True'|Information.IsInteractive='False'| Information.UserName='vagrant'| Information.UserDomainName='WIN-QG2TQG5QO8D'| Information.IsUserAdministrator='True'| Information.IsUserSystemAccount='False'| Information.IsUserRemoteDesktop='False'| Information.IsUserRemote='True'| Information.IsProcessElevated='True'| Information.IsLicensedVersion='False'| Information.IsLicensedAssemblyLoaded='False'| Information.LicenseType='Foss'| Information.CurrentDirectory='C:\Users\vagrant'| Features.AutoUninstaller='True'|Features.ChecksumFiles='True'| Features.AllowEmptyChecksums='False'| Features.AllowEmptyChecksumsSecure='True'| Features.FailOnAutoUninstaller='False'| Features.FailOnStandardError='False'|Features.UsePowerShellHost='True'| Features.LogEnvironmentValues='True'|Features.LogWithoutColor='False'| Features.VirusCheck='False'| Features.FailOnInvalidOrMissingLicense='False'| Features.IgnoreInvalidOptionsSwitches='True'| Features.UsePackageExitCodes='True'| Features.UseEnhancedExitCodes='False'| Features.UseFipsCompliantChecksums='False'| Features.ShowNonElevatedWarnings='True'| Features.ShowDownloadProgress='False'| Features.StopOnFirstPackageFailure='False'| Features.UseRememberedArgumentsForUpgrades='False'| Features.IgnoreUnfoundPackagesOnUpgradeOutdated='False'| Features.SkipPackageUpgradesWhenNotInstalled='False'| Features.RemovePackageInformationOnUninstall='False'| Features.ExitOnRebootDetected='False'| Features.LogValidationResultsOnWarnings='True'| Features.UsePackageRepositoryOptimizations='True'| ListCommand.LocalOnly='False'|ListCommand.IdOnly='False'| ListCommand.IncludeRegistryPrograms='False'|ListCommand.PageSize='25'| ListCommand.Exact='False'|ListCommand.ByIdOnly='False'| ListCommand.ByTagOnly='False'|ListCommand.IdStartsWith='False'| ListCommand.OrderByPopularity='False'|ListCommand.ApprovedOnly='False'| ListCommand.DownloadCacheAvailable='False'| ListCommand.NotBroken='False'| ListCommand.IncludeVersionOverrides='False'| ListCommand.ExplicitPageSize='False'| ListCommand.ExplicitSource='False'| UpgradeCommand.FailOnUnfound='False'| UpgradeCommand.FailOnNotInstalled='False'| UpgradeCommand.NotifyOnlyAvailableUpgrades='False'| UpgradeCommand.ExcludePrerelease='False'| NewCommand.AutomaticPackage='False'| NewCommand.UseOriginalTemplate='False'|SourceCommand.Command='unknown'| SourceCommand.Priority='0'|SourceCommand.BypassProxy='False'| SourceCommand.AllowSelfService='False'| SourceCommand.VisibleToAdminsOnly='False'| FeatureCommand.Command='unknown'|ConfigCommand.Command='Unknown'| ApiKeyCommand.Command='Unknown'|PinCommand.Command='Unknown'| OutdatedCommand.IgnorePinned='False'| ExportCommand.IncludeVersionNumbers='False'|Proxy.BypassOnLocal='True'| TemplateCommand.Command='unknown'|CacheCommand.Command='Unknown'| CacheCommand. CPU plays a vital role in the computer, and it is one of the main parts on which lots of another component relies on. Having an issue with a CPU or malfunction can create lots of trouble for the end-user. There are times when CPU temp increases, and the end-user is not very aware of why. There are many tools available in the market to monitor CPU performance and resolve pertaining issues. This article will talk in detail about the 10 best CPU temp monitor tools for Windows 10 and Windows 11.Why is a CPU Temp Monitor needed? Before we deep dive into different CPU monitoring tools and their usage, it is crucial to understand why we need them in the first place.By default, on a Windows-based PC, in Task Manager -> Performance -> CPU, we can see basic information about CPU performance and other details. However, this info is not very sufficient to find and fix any issues when they occur. In such a scenario, we have different basic to advanced-level CPU monitoring tools to scan CPU performance and provide real-time information about it.Situations like CPU bottlenecking, system freeze, malware attack, slow performance issues with computers can be diagnosed and resolved. The standard CPU temperature should be between 40-65 oC, the average CPU temperature ranges from 65-70 oC, and the maximum in extreme cases goes beyond 80-90 oC.Reason to Monitor CPU Performance:By default, the CPU is designed so that it adjusts CPU performance based on the temperature. It drops down the CPU performance when CPU temperature increases and can cause a bottleneck. Also, in case of heavy CPU usage, there are high chances of CPU temperature fluctuation, and in some cases, it may damage other PC components.Hence, keeping a tab on the CPU performance will help end-users with regular CPU maintenance wherein the cleaning of different parts and CPU thermal replacement is required.Standard Features available in the CPU Monitoring tool are:It offers a great degree of customisation of CPU settingsCPU utilisation and bandwidth can be examined and tweakedIt provides in-depth information about different hardwareUsers can see the CPU’s real-time temperature and core wise performanceList of Best CPU Temp Monitor tools for WindowsIn this list, we have gathered all top & best CPU temp monitoring tools sorted by easy to use and level of information it can provide to the end-user.Based on the usage, users can pick the one that suits their requirements.1) CPU-Z:CPU-Z

Wow sorry. You're probably fine. As long as it's not in the high 60s for a prolonged period of time. Worst case scenario you'll have to allow the fan to run faster. So the RPM

X 8 ft = 120 sq ft Wall to Dining Room: There is no temperature difference across this wall, so no flow of thermal energy so there is no need to calculate the area. Wall to Hall: Total wall 15 ft x 8 ft = 120 sq ft The door is treated as if it were wall Ceiling and floor areas: 15 ft x 14 ft = 210 sq ft: Using the figures above, the U values (look at this page) and the temperature difference across each wall/ceiling/floor the heat loss can be calculated (area x U value x temp difference). area (sq ft)U value temp difference total Front wall : cavity wall 72 0.18 40 518.4 Window40 0.51 40 816 Party Wall120 0.38 5 228 Dining Room wall- 0.39 0 0 Hall wall 120 0.39 10 468 Ceiling210 0.29 5 304.5 Floor210 0.12 40 1008 Total fabric loss = 3342.9 So the total heat loss through the fabric of the building is 3345 BTU Now to calculate the heat loss due to air changes. volume of the room = 14 x 15 x 8 = 1,680 cubic ft air change = 1 per hour (dependant upon room - look at this page) so heat loss through air changes is 1,680 x 1 x 0.02 x 40 = 1344 BTUAdd the results from 2 and 3 together, gives the total heat loss of per hour of: 3345 + 1344 = 4689 BTU/hrThis is the calculations for the lounge, it is
