My settings are 1280x1024, medium textures, medium models, pixel shader 2.0, decals, etc.The game is really, really immersive. There's cool stuff all around you in the level. Planes are flying over head, some of the structures are destructable, and all the effects and animations are really cool. It plays more like Call of Duty, I think, which is very good.
